Summary
Amends the:
Health Insurance Act 1973
to remove the requirement for the Medicare Benefits Schedule services tables to cease annually;
Health and Other Services (Compensation) Act 1995
and
Health Insurance Act 1973
to remove redundant provisions and definitions; and
Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986
to make a consequential amendment.
